Two San Tan Valley Mediacom Employees Honored with Top Service Awards

 In a significant recognition of local talent, Mediacom Communications has honored two San Tan Valley residents with top service awards for their exceptional contributions in 2023. The award ceremony, featuring Mediacom's corporate executives, celebrated these individuals for their outstanding achievements in technical support services.

Trish Karba, a San Tan Valley resident and Mediacom employee for two years, received high praise for her service performance throughout the past year. Her dedication and skill earned her the national bronze-level "People's Choice Award," a prestigious acknowledgment for excellence in internet technical support operations.

Tammy Kowalewski, another San Tan Valley local who has been with Mediacom for three years, was recognized for her excellent performance as an internet technical support representative. Her exceptional service placed her among the top 20 employees nationwide, earning her a bronze-level award for exemplary service in 2023.

These awards are a testament to the high standards of customer service and technical support upheld by Mediacom employees. Out of the company's 4,000 employees, only 195 were selected for performance achievements over the past year, making this recognition particularly noteworthy. In addition to the honor, the award recipients received a monetary bonus and other forms of employee recognition, highlighting Mediacom's commitment to celebrating and rewarding outstanding service.
