Letter to the Editor: Why are Farmers being restricted of water for their crops?
I'm a resident in San Tan Valley. I'm sure I am not the only resident wondering why Farmers are being restricted of water for their crops. When all these building permits are being issued? Obviously once these buildings are completed they will be in need of water. I may be wrong, but once these buildings are finished they probably will be using way more water then what the farmers would use for there crops.
Has a State Representative or Governor been asked this: "Why are the farmers being restricted of water for their crops when evidently the State, Cities, etc. are not concerned about the drought Arizona is in with all the building permits being issued?Written by San Tan Valley resident Deno O.
